Tutta Bella

Looking for some authentic Italian pizza without having to take the long flight to the Boot? Look no further, no matter where you live, Eastside, Seattle, Wallingford, there is a Tutta Bella Neapolitan Pizzeria near you.

I had my first Tutta experience this last weekend with a few gal pals and it didn't disappoint. Winner of the 2010 Pizza Today Indie Pizzeria of the Year, Tutta rewarded customers with one free pizza per table throughout the weekend.

We started dinner with an Insalata Di Salerno which came with fresh mozzarella balls, shaved fennel, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, basil topped with a dijon vinaigrette. It was so good! Perfect combination of garden favorites with fresh cheese and a tangy, creamy, but light dressing to top it off.
On to the pizza... we ordered three for four girls (they are thin).

1. Giovanni - OMG so good. Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, shaved parmigiano, topped with fresh peppery arugula. This was my favorite.

2. Pino -Calabrian Salami (salami makes the world a better place doesn't it?) and fresh basil.

3. Regina Margherita - Basil and fresh mozzarella.

We of course had to get some gelato so went with a classic chocolate chip. Perfect way to complete the dinner.

I fell in love with this place, really. The pizza reminded me of Italy and they do it just like the Italians - thin, perfectly cooked, a bit of smokiness to it and all fresh ingredients. I give it a 4 out of 4 stars.
If you haven't tried this place you should and soon!
